Governed by the Lungs, Metal speaks to the relationship between our outer and inner worlds; other and self, just as autumn bridges summer to winter.

As the year cools and the sun sets in the west, we slow down, the leaves fall down and we harvest clarity from the passion of the sweet summer’s song.

Through Breath Work, Astrology, Katonah Yoga®️, Tarot and Meditation, we’ll harvest the freedom revealed within the formality of these potent traditions. We’ll converse about the commonality of archetypal information and study the perimeters that qualify potentiating story telling.

Gain insight, enhance your capacity to see others and reflect yourself in them. Through a communal practice we’ll experience a round understanding and collectively grow in our ability to navigate cycles of change.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a practice that focus on conscious control and manipulation of one's breath. It involves intentionally altering the pattern, depth, and rhythm of breathing to access specific physical, mental, and emotional states.

Astrology

Astrology, with its celestial tapestry, weaves a captivating narrative between the heavens and our earthly existence. It is a mystical language that speaks of cosmic alignments and planetary dance, unveiling the delicate interplay between the ethereal and the tangible. Like a celestial compass, astrology guides us through the labyrinth of our lives, illuminating the hidden patterns and archetypal forces that shape our destinies. It invites us to gaze upward, to marvel at the constellations and their ancient stories, offering a timeless reminder that we are but stardust, intimately connected to the vastness of the universe. With its intricate symbolism and profound insights, astrology serves as a celestial mirror, reflecting our inner landscapes and inviting us to embark on a journey of self-discovery and cosmic understanding.

Katonah Yoga®

Katonah Yoga® incorporates classical Hatha yoga with Taoist theory, sacred geometry, magic, mythology, metaphor and imagination in a practical framework designed to potentiate personal and communal well-being. Framing the practice with maps of time and personal space are defined and refined.

Incorporating themes using asana as origami, manipulating form for function, and developing a sense of personal measure.

Meditation

Meditation is the practice of training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts. It involves techniques such as mindfulness, contemplation, breathing exercises, and guided imagery to achieve a state of mental clarity and emotional calm. Through regular meditation, individuals can cultivate a sense of inner peace, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance self-awareness, and improve overall well-being.

Tarot

Tarot is a deck of 78 cards used for divination and spiritual guidance. Its origins trace back to the 15th century in Europe, evolving into a powerful tool for self-reflection and connecting with higher forces. The deck is divided into Major and Minor Arcana, each card carrying unique symbolism. Tarot readings offer insights into life's challenges, clarity, and guidance for decision-making. Embraced by different cultures, Tarot remains a valuable tool for spiritual growth and self-discovery today.
